Ben Amrom

Ben Amrom


Ben Amrom has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience in a large variety of architectural projects. Ben began his career as an architect in Belgium and worked in the UK on a range of projects before moving to Australia in 1994. Prior to establishing AMR & Associates in 2004, Ben worked as a Project Manager with Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR).

Since establishing AMR & Associates Ben has delivered complex infrastructure and building projects for the Department of Finance (Building Management & Works), the Public Transport Authority and Curtin University. Ben’s professional focus has been to ensure excellence in delivery of project management, contract administration and contract management services for medium to large public and private clients.

Britta Mackay

Britta Mackay


Britta has over 16 years experience with exposure to all aspects of the architectural profession. She has worked on a wide range of projects and project phases including brief development, feasibility studies, design, documentation, contract administration and site management for architectural practices and more recently as Senior Project Manager for AMR & Associates

Britta has acquired a depth of knowledge within the commercial and educational sectors, gained whilst being actively involved in awards winning projects in Western Australia. She also brings an understanding of building construction and industry practices which are a benefit and asset to the project team. Britta has an established track record in developing strong client relationships.

Britta joined AMR & Associates in 2015 and her professional qualifications include a ‘Diplom – Ingenieur der Architektur’  from the University of Stuttgart in  Germany which is deemed equivalent to the Australian tertiary level study Master of Architecture.

Felicity Dowling

Felicity Dowling


Felicity has over 20 years post-graduate experience in a variety of roles including practice as a registered architect, client agency roles as project architect and contract manager, as well as program and project management experience for government and private clients.

Felicity’s unique experience includes roles leading a multi-discipline team, incorporating international design advisors, in the successful delivery of a design for an innovative and highly complex public transport facility in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

Felicity has experience in project delivery across a range of sectors including transport (aviation, bus and rail), commercial office and retail, public buildings and civic spaces and urban redevelopment projects. Felicity joined AMR in March 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours from Curtin University
