  • AMR prepares reviews, updates project schedules and reports against base line objectives for the project. Project Schedules are included in the overall project design and construction schedules to suit the requirements of each project. Project scheduling is an important risk management tool in all of the projects that AMR manages and is also a key component of contract administration and project control.
  • Where necessary, AMR develops detailed program analysis and comparative studies to assess the impact of various delays on the program in relation to the validity of matters such as Extension of Time claims.
